Network meta-analysis of 68 RCTs (6,694 patients) comparing neuromodulators and brain-gut behavioral therapies. SNRIs ranked highest, followed by TCAs and emotional processing therapies; CBT and gut-directed hypnotherapy also demonstrated efficacy.
